Sharing Our Values
Fellowes was founded on values that have been sustained over nine decades.
These values were not consciously selected by Harry Fellowes and his two sons,
John and Folger. Rather, they were embraced by the generations that followed
and ultimately defined a well-established way of doing business. More than
anything, our success depends on our people. Together, we live by four core
values:
