| All Shredders will be repaired Free of Charge when under warranty period. Warranty will be void once machine is opened by unauthorized parties. Warranty is againts manufacturing defects ONLY. Spare parts are chargeable for misused and mishandling. Transportation is chargeable. |

| Products Out of Warranty |

| Services, Spare Parts and Transportation will be charged. P-40 and P-45C, personal shredders are without spare parts. |
